Refund and Return Policies:
Tile Tool Shop will accept returns if shipped within 30 days of the original order date. All product must be unopen and unused. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the product. Also, refunds will not be provided on the original shipping costs. If a return is necessary, please email info@tiletoolshop.com and provide the reason for the return.
